Oil filters from Mahle keep dirt particles reliably out of the lubrication circuit and thus maintain both the oil quality and the performance and economy of the engine.

Advantages of Mahle oil filters:
- Cold start resistance given by a stable pleat geometry
- Reliable separation of contaminated and filtered oil by high-quality sealing materials and precision-fit connection parts
- Load peaks up to 20 bar are compensated by the high pressure resistance of the housing
- Oil supply ensured by pressure relief valve at all times (for viscous oil, as it is given in cold start phases or at low outside temperatures, as well as with a filter element heavily contaminated by exceeding the change interval)
- Backflow check valve prevents the filter from running empty when the engine is switched off and ensures a rapid oil supply when the engine is started
