In accordance with the Used Oil Regulation, we would like to inform you that we are legally obliged to take back various types of used oils and oil-containing waste at no additional cost. These include engine oils, gearbox oils, oil filters, and oil-containing waste that regularly occurs during an oil change. You can return the used oil to us in a quantity that matches the amount you purchased from us.
Our used oil collection point is located at Getor GmbH, Seeberg 22, 24850 Lürschau, Germany. You have the opportunity to drop off your used oils there during regular opening hours.
If you prefer to return the used oil to our collection point, please ensure that you provide suitable packaging that complies with transport regulations and is adequately franked. Please note that we cannot accept liability for loss or transport damage.
Please note that used oil is classified as hazardous waste and therefore special transport conditions may apply. It is your responsibility to choose a suitable transport service provider that can meet these conditions.
If you are a commercial end consumer, we would like to point out that we have the right to use third-party services to fulfill our acceptance obligations.
We would also like to point out that the return of used oils is not only possible with us, but also generally at petrol stations or recycling centres, possibly for a fee. To find out whether your local recycling centre accepts used oil, please contact the facility itself or the responsible local government.
